Rezumat

În prezent, băncile comerciale ale Republicii Moldova îşi dezvoltă foarte activ serviciile pe piaţa retail. Însă, succesul pe piaţa aleasă depinde de organizarea corectă a procesului de creditare a persoanelor fizice. Nowadays commercial banks of Moldova develop actively their services on the retail market. However, success in the given market depends on the correct organization of the process of crediting physical persons.
