Rezumat
Entrepreneurship has become the driving force of economic development, but it needs a certain social environment
that would stimulate creativity. Today, if a country wants to succeed, it must adapt itself to the requirements of the “new economy”, investing in talent and technologies and becoming more open and tolerant to risk and diversity. From now on states will compete for creative human capital, because people’s creativity is the fuel for progress.
