Rezumat

This article discusses the importance and role of the institution's expertise in insurance business. Actions are highlighted to facilitate the application of expertise in insurance and identify factors that impact on activities. Aim is revealing factors on the incidence of insurance expertise and making proposals that contribute to sustainable institution building expertise in insurance.
