Rezumat

It was described the elaboration experience of a information system oriented on problems. This experience has proved: high productivity and low costs of elaboration for applicative program products’ family; flexibility of applications;

the development of systems by the final user without the support from developer; high liability of the software products, that is non-subjected to the evolution of application domain.
