Rezumat
The Cr(III) coordinative compounds effect on spirulina DNA properties has been studied. The comparison of values of temperature of DNA denaturation and the fractions separation of reassociated DNA on hydroxiapatite column have been carried out. The tested Cr(III) compounds didn’t modify the properties of spirulina DNA.
