Rezumat

In this study we analyzed two mechanisms of restoring of fertility in sunflower CMS-Rf system. Pollen staining with 1% I-KI allows identifying the segregation of viable pollen, which help us to observe what kind of fertility system is (sporophytic or gametophytic).
