Rezumat

The content of microbial biomass was determined in soil with different physicochemical properties the method of substrate-induced respiration. The content of microbial biomass layer was 117-181 mkg C/g. Soil under study have shown the predominant contribution of fungi (63-79%) to the total SIR. The fungal-bacterial ratio consists 1,70-3,88 respectively.
