Rezumat

The article contains information, unknown until now, about concert tours of the well-known foreign choral collectives which performed in Basarabia of the end of 19th century and the beginning of 20th century. There is no doubt that the choirs of Slaveanski, Arhanghelski, Musicescu and others influenced the ulterior development of coral art in Basarabia, being as famous examples to be followed.
