Rezumat

In the article the author researches the sociological concepts of the Bassarabian philosopher of the European scale Al.S. Sturza (1731-1854). The main work of his researches was Studies on the fundamental laws of the society and the human institutions, written by Al.S. Sturza in 1812 and published in 1813, that is before the execution of the principal work of the sociology’s parent A. Comte Course of positive philosophy. The article presents the topicality of Al.S. Sturza’s development of the scale of values of the four fundamental laws of the society functionality and development: the law of needs, the natural law, the positive civil law and the revealed law, which subordinates the first three ones. The author shows that through the respective work Al. S. Sturza did not only lay the theoretical foundation of our sociological science, but also founded the first Christian sociology.
