Rezumat

This article analyzes the issue with reference to social norms, which represents a domain of discussion keeping to modern theoretical structure, on which, to a large extent, depends their adequate assessment, elucidation of their structure and typology. The author mentions that defining the norm with the help of specific signs and functions elucidation represents a quite shortened analysis. At the same time a limited analysis of social norms serving as factors of human behaviour cannot lead to their complete analysis, for the reason that the majority of social norms act as mediums of reconcilement not only of relationships between people, but it also represents a mean of structural systems reconcilement.
