Rezumat

The article reviews the traditional deixis concept within the narratological framework. Primary deixis realized in situational discourse has been successfully taken up in narratology and applied to discourse analysis. In narrative discourse secondary deixis is used to denote perspective / point of view from which the narrative is presented.
