Rezumat

This article analyzes the process of constitution and evolution of the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Moldova as a component part of the juridical authority in the period of 1990-2000. The democratic evolution of political system, complexity of controversial issues that have tensed the society, new relations generated by political reforms, implicitly supposed a new vision upon the administration of justice. As a result, after 10 years, Ministry of Justice of Republic of Moldova is activating in conformity with Constitution of Republic of Moldova, Law of Republic of Moldova about Government, Regulations of the Ministry of Justice, other normative and legislative acts.
