In the given article, there is touched upon the issue of teaching and using of a language as a means of communication. The importance of this issue resides in the fact that language is not learned just for the sake of learning and knowing it. It is learned for further usage in the process of human communication. Any sphere of human activity does not exist without communication. The given issue is examined from the points of view of linguistics and glottodidactics in the context of psycho pedagogy.
