Abstract
The content analysis of Alexander Scarlat Sturza's work reveals an array of conceptual delimitations such as aesthetic and moral aesthetics. From the multitude of ideas we find that Sturza's interest in aesthetic and moral problems is conditioned by the necessity of highlighting the truths of the faith. In their treatment and interpretation, the distinguished thinker implemented his own manner through which he developed conceptions about the religious composition of aesthetics, as well as including the terms of relationship between the ideal and imitation. Keywords: moral, aesthetic, art, conceptions, ideal, imitation.
