Rezumat

The training process of pre-school children for school is long-lasting and more important. It requires gradual formation
of learning competencies and a positive attitude towards learning activity. The pedagogical experiment carried out by
pre-school Education sector of I.S.E. has emphasized the need of it's gradual fulfillment.
