MEDIUL MULTIETNIC – SOLICITANT AL COMPETENŢEI DE COMUNICARE ASERTIVĂ

Rezumat

This research focuses on some theoretical aspects regarding the necessity of assertive communication competence development in the process of future didactic staff education that are expected to provide educational services for multiethnic groups. It is suggested that the above-mentioned competence would have an impact upon students’ results given the fact that their initial professional education takes place in a multiethnic academic milieu. The practical dimen- sion of this study consists in the possibility to transfer the obtained results dealing with assertive communication com- petences to students that are part of multiethnic academic groups.
