EDUCATING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF THE STUDENTS PEDAGOGUES – AN IMPORTANT PREDICTOR FOR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS Educating emotional intelligence of the students pedagogues is considered as an important factor for the personal and professional success. Developing emotional intelligence of the pedagogue students is opportune because it determines a satisfactory career and an efficient leadership, giving pedagogue students emotional skills already consolidated for performing productively and acceptable future didactic activities. Emotional intelligence is considered a personal ability to identify and manage efficiently personal emotions reported to personal aims, which has a very important value in future educational activity because it ensures reasonable manage- ment of the affective energy and emotions, giving them constructive tone and determining the potential of the emotional competencies. This is why educating emotional intelligence of the pedagogue students represents a priority of the initial forming of the future professionals, being a reference model, significant in ensuring professional competencies, quality, success and efficiency in didactic activity.
