DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES IN THE CURRENT HIGHER EDUCATION This paper proposes a synthesis of the results of a study dedicated to higher education, centered on the skills required by trainees and the needs of the changing labor market in the country. The skills developed in universities should open the real perspectives for social and professional insertion of young specialists.
