PORTFOLIO: DIRECTION AND PROSPECTS This article tends to clarify the notion of Portfolio, which becomes a popular technique in pre-university education. In order to insure validity, credibility, flexibility and correction of competences evaluation, it is important: to assume a proper definition of Portfolio; to set a certain goal/goals; to decide the typology and forms to implement a portfolio for a group of pupils; thus, reflecting the logical framework of the present article.
