Abstract
PRINCIPLES OF COACHING IN TEACHING ACTIVITY Having a coaching approach in classroom learning is a challenge for any teacher. Such a view place the teachers in a reflection context about their own professional behavior, about their ability to select the most relevant learning situations, the most appropriate methods to facilitate students learning process. Coaching supposes to know how to develop a genuine strategy leadership. It means to be able to focus on both group and individual learning, to help people think about different issues, to raise problems and challenges, to reflect on relationships, on the processes they can observe around, on the consequences of their own actions; it means to be active and have a creative thinking. This article aims to highlight the principles of coaching adapted to school activities. Keywords: coaching, tutoring, transformational learning, mentoring, leadership.
