Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF PROSPECTIVE TRENDS IN UNIVERSITY EDUCATION The recent tendencies of socio-human and technical-scientific development determines the need of improvement in the educational system. The interest and the involvement of the employer in the educational universitary process, through the expectancies regarding the training of the specialists, determined the rise in the interest towards the formation in relation to the necessities of nowadays and future society. The tendencies in the development of the higher education reflect the focus on the prospective dimension. On the basis of our researches and surveys, we established that imple- menting the prospective analysis in education constitutes an important step in the development of educational studies.
