THE SYSTEMIC AND SYNERGISTIC APPROACH OF THE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AND THEIR APPLICATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS In this article there is argued the systemic and synergistic approach of the information and communication techno- logies and their application in the educational process. There is analyzed the phenomenon of "synergy" and there are identified provisions of its application in reference to information technologies. The key-concept consists in creation of conditions which ensure the unity of management and self governance in the process of application of the information and communication technologies.
