MOODLE ROLE FOR TRAINING OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS The learning platforms are very useful, convenient and appropriate to our days, they greatly supplement the traditio- nal learning methods and they help the teachers in their daily activity. Teachers learn best when they work together to solve common problems. Thus, it is very important to join the learning network of teacher leaders and get resources, tools, strategies, and access to committed colleagues willing to share their expertise and experience to develop solutions to the issues we are facing in the school and university.
