EFFICIENT WAYS IN ACHIEVING PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS THROUGH SELF-KNOWLEDGE This is a developing training. Welcome to any teacher and manager, especially for young professionals who will be motivated to develop their skills and personality traits that will allow them to gain real performance both in private and public sectors. The training program validates durable truths and is an effective approach that includes training princi- ples that ensure the cooperation and interrelation competence – a prerequisite in achieving professional success. Partici- pants will absorb a significant dose of wisdom, human understanding and practical experience. They will learn some specific techniques for self-knowledge, appropriate self-esteem and realistic expectations in order to ensure efficient personal, interpersonal and professional success. The training includes 15 training sessions, 120 minutes each, in which are concerned skills that lead to the formation and development of unique significance.
