INVESTIGATION SKILL, KEY ELEMENT OF A SOCIETY CENTERED ON LEARNING The context of ample technological advances determines the specifics of a society centered on learning. The learning politics, in this context are referred to research, innovation, education and professional training; the educational politics refer to the progressive transition from behaviorism towards pragmatism, especially from actions based on analogies, without the implication of conscience (the behavioral theory) in research, which implies the solving of life’s problems. The education of students, in this context, implies not just theoretical acquirement, but also the forming of a spirit of investigating, needed for an active participation in its place or inside the community. From this perspective, the school curriculum promotes the approach of an educational step based on skills, linking the teacher’s initiative with the student’s action (learning by doing).
