THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ITS MODALITIES OF EXPRESSION IN SCHOOLS Organizational culture in its managerial approach could be accessed depending on the types of schools referred to efficiency levels and to the means of their expression. Schools could be classified due to the mode they directly affect the level of school continuity implication reported to their performances, as well as concerning the density of organizational culture elements. There are different criteria of working in stagnant schools, dynamic schools, those in search or “in progress”, and their combination. We would identify at least four forms of expressing the school culture, the management of which, in the end, is reduced to certain level situated in the assessed interval from an inefficient school to an efficient one.
