SCHOLAR CONTEXT OF SOCIALIZATION Socialization is the process of development of the human personality in accordance with the rules and social ideal. Social development of individuals, between micro and macro approach, was grounded in normative and interpretative paradigm of full socialization process which started in time through social interaction, social integration and interpersonal perception. Socialization in the context of the school, is a continuous process through which pupils shall be adjusted to the requirements of community behaviours.
