CONCEPT OF PARADIGM IN TRAINING COURSES FOR TEACHERS The article gave not address the ongoing training of teachers in terms of paradigmatic: it defines the notion of "paradigm", analyzed comparatively educational paradigm traditional and modern, dedicate a set of principles on training for teachers and propose a concept of continuous training focused on the needs of individual and institutional reforms aimed at professionalizing teachers.
