Rezumat

PROGNOSIS MODEL OF FORMATION OF COMPETENCE OF FUTURE PRIMARY EDUCATION MASTERS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The necessity of the development of predictive models of formation of competence of the future masters of elementary education by means of information technologies. The developed model is a science-based, comprehensive and consistent system of appropriate logical components, which contains the scientific substantiation of methodological approaches the organization of the learning process pedagogical forecasting of future masters of elementary education. Implementation of these approaches involves the creation of innovative information and communication environment, which includes a complex organizational forms, methods and means. The effectiveness of this model provided by the system of pedagogical conditions, namely: formation of motivational-value treatment to future predictive activity; determination of understanding the existing dependence between the level of predictive competence and level of the general professional competence of future masters of primary education through introduction of a special course «Predictive activity in system of management of primary education»; creation innovative information and communication the educational environment on the basis of the competent focused and contextual approaches of training; creation of innovative informational and communicational education environment on the basis of the competent focused and contextual approaches of training; integration of a special course «Predictive activity in system of management of primary education», production, pre- graduation practices. It defines the following components (value-motivational, informative, technological and personal), and indicators levels (advanced, and a sufficient base) formedness competence prognostic future masters of primary education. The educational process built on the basis of this model, allows reaching the desired result: to form in the future masters of primary education prognostic competence.
