THEORETICAL REFLECTIONS ON NEGOTIATION AS AN ASPECT OF COMMUNICATION Communication and negotiation is the key to the effectiveness of an educational institution and the link between the manager and the internal staff of the institution as well as the external members of the community. The whole experience and the communication skills of managers are reflected during the negotiation process. The success of any negotiations is namely the communication, the most successful negotiations being carried out through effective communication. The managers of the pre-university educational institutions have a particular concern to the process of communication and negotiation, due to the major changes in the educational system, educational reforms and the transition to the autonomy of educational institutions.
