INTEGRATION OF COMPETENCES – QUALITY ASSURANCE FACTOR IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES Assuring the quality of education remains a major problem in high education in the Republic of Moldova. There is a continuous search for new methods, technologies, mechanisms that would contribute to solving this problem. One of such methods is the realisation of the training process through interdisciplinary connections. In this article, the problem of integrating mathematical and computer science competences as a factor of quality assurance of the training of highly qualified specialists is examined.
