EUROPEAN AND ROMANIAN REALITIES Quality assurance in pre-university education is about to generate the consumer and other partners confidence in capacity and availability of the system, to satisfy their ongoing needs, requirements and expectations. European referential most important in quality assurance in education is the European Quality Assurance Framework – CQAF (now, after 2008, EQARF – European Quality Assurance Reference Framework in EFP).The quality management specialists have found that the results best of the activities are random, in the absence of a quality management system (QMS).
