SOME PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE TEACHER’S JOB SATISFACTION The issue of job satisfaction is a central topic in organizational psychology, representing a psychological reality that directly affects the individual, the institution and the professional community. Different realities of the professional life like the results of the work, performances, psychological state of beneficiaries are undoubtedly influenced by job satisfaction. The paper presents a theoretical synthesis on the main factors of job satisfaction and empirical results on the subject of job satisfaction of the teachers working in middle education institutions. As a result of the experimental approach was attested preponderance of a medium and high level of job satisfaction and were identified the dimensions most commonly associated with job satisfaction: colleagues, supervision, nature of work and communication.
