INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA: LEGISLATIVE REGULATORY UPDATED BENCHMARKS AND INCREASED INCENTIVES The article addresses the issue of inclusive education at various stages of schooling in the Republic of Moldova, highlighting the gap between the prerogatives of the law and the poor educational practices. The social inequalities generated by the non-inclusive practice of vocational education are also addressed, which has a repercussion on the social and professional integration of people with special educational needs. Also, after conducting an analysis of the basic laws and their functioning in certain contexts, the authors recommend a series of urgent measures to be taken to prevent human rights violations in order to learn and gain a profession.
