MODIFICATIONS OF PSYCHOPATHOLOGICAL REALITIES: DYNAMICS AND CHALLENGES The article presents an analysis of psychopathological modifications during the last century. Clinical research, both from a nomothetic and ideographic perspectives, has allowed the identification of a dynamic of clinical manifestations and the way in which various social, historical, cultural and economic factors influence the clinical dimension in human functioning. The paper analyzes the trajectories of transformation of clinical pathologies such as hysterical pathology, borderline pathology and narcissistic pathology. The author highlights the dynamics of these pathologies, especially the increased frequency of borderline pathology and narcissistic pathology in the last decades. In the paper some assumptions about the nosological transformations that were on the territory of the Republic of Moldova over the last three decades, are formulated the central references being socio-economic phenomena such as poverty or migration - as determinants in the emergence of new forms of clinical manifestations which have been put forward by clinical psychologists new objectives in scientific, preventive and curative aspects.
