DIDADCTIC DESIGN - AN ESSENTIAL CONDITION IN THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE EXTRACURRICULAR INSTITUTIONS In this article, we intend to present a couple of conditions, structural elements and didactic operations that underlie a didactic design. The highlighting of the process and actions, that have to be taken into consideration by the teaching staff in a didactic design, will be an essential condition for the optimization of the educational process in the extracurricular institution.
