ASPECTS OF GUIDING THE STUDENTS IN THE TEACHING CAREER: VISIONS OF TEACHERS In this article we present the results of the pedagogical experiment of observation from the perspective of the teachers. Given that for several years, in general education institutions guiding students in the teaching career represented a process that was not given due attention as well as other persistent problems in the educational system, the consequence was the increase in the number of teachers required. Today it requires concrete actions to solve this "crisis of teachers" both from the state institutions, as well as for the general education institutions and also for the university. Thus, one of the objectives of the experiment of observation was to identify certain dimensions of student guidance in the teaching career in view of the teachers.
