METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK FOR DEVELOPING MOTIVATION FOR SELF-TRAINING IN TEACHING FRAMEWORK Implementing changes in the educational system, in accordance with European documents, which define the competence as a result of learning represents challenges for the teaching career. By determining the new attributions and new competences in projection and conducting teaching-learning-evaluation activities, the teachers ask to meet certain needs and thus develop the motivation for self-training. The methodological framework of developing motivation for self-training of teachers leads to the development of new approaches regarding teaching competences, in teaching approaches that focus on the knowledge and skills needed to cope with changes in the educational system.
