NON-FORMAL EDUCATION OF YOUTH AND ADULTS: MOTIVATIONAL FRAMEWORK This article addresses the problem of motivating non-formal learning in young people and adults. For the first time, non-formal education was founded as a system and the emphasis being placed on the non-formal education of young people and adults. At the same time, the classification of different categories of young people and adults was made in relation to the form of involvement in non-formal learning activities and the diagnosis of the motovational motives characteristic of these categories of learners. Based on the analysis of the results of diagnosing the motivational motives of young people and adults, the strong and vulnerable parts of the non-formal education of these categories of subjects were identified.
