INDEPENDENT SCHOOL ACTIVITY IN THE INLAND EDUCATION SYSTEM The article highlights the necessity and role of homework in pre-university education. The material reveals the position of several educational actors concerning the issue of the academic engagement of the student outside the school. The author's conclusion refers to the need of changing the home organization of school activities.
