METHODOLOGY OF USAGE OF ICT IN DEVELOPING ADULT’S COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE The integration of information and communication technologies in the teaching-learning-assessment process has become a necessity today. The last years have brought a real conceptual revolution in education and ICT has become an environment for learning. Adapting to the requirements of the knowledge-based society requires rethinking the educational process, giving the trainee the opportunity to explore, solve problems through their own research/ investigation activities, to relate to others in different cultural and educational environments, to express opinions and justified views. If ICTs are properly targeted, they contribute to active student focused learning and to the development of creativity and critical thinking.
