ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND SATISFACTION AT WORK OF TEACHERS The topicality of the research is justified in order for many managers to consider the commitment as the phenomenon that is formed independently of the leadership actions. For this reason, they do not pay due attention to the mechanisms for developing job satisfaction, consequently, registering a low level of organizational engagement to employees. The purpose of the paper is to research the organizational commitment and job satisfaction for the education workers, compared to other professional categories, as well as to determine managerial strategies to motivate employees in terms of increasing organizational engagement.
