CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PSYCHOSOCIAL ADAPTATION COMPONENTS This article presents the characteristics of psychosocial adaptation and its components. There are described profiles of adolescent personality which denote adaptability and inadaptability and also the factors: mythomania / falsity, self- acceptance / self-non-acceptance; acceptance of others / non-acceptance of others; emotional comfort / emotional discomfort; internal control / external control; domination / obedience; avoidance of problems.
