Аннотация

The research evokes the importance of emotionality and its impact on the personality development of the young

school-aged student. Rapid social changes, the pressures of scientific conquests and the amplification of the global problems of the contemporary world permanently provide challenges to education and new opportunities to develop the dimensions of human personality. An increased quotient of emotional intelligence ensures successful integration, with a minimum of inter- and intrapersonal conflicts. The efficiency of the young schoolboy is determined not only by the intelligence quotient (the ability to assimilate knowledge, skills and abilities), but also by certain personality traits, because living in a constantly changing society, the student will have to orient himself and integrate into the school environment through communication skills and emotional skills.

Keywords: pupil’s personality, emotionality.
