TEACHER EVALUATION COMPETENCE - NECESSARY BUILDING AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TEACHING CAREER

The beginning of the teaching career requires from the graduate of the higher education institution, a set of pro-
fessional skills that ensure the functionality in optimal parameters of the teaching act and the achievement of the goals, expressed in changes in the personality structure of students. The reference framework of teacher competences describes in detail the set of professional competences to be developed at the initial stage of training, so that the pro- fessional insertion of the teacher is as effective as possible. Considered an indispensable component of the profes- sionalism of the teacher, the formative evaluation competence requires the development of all components: both at the level of knowledge of evaluation as a teaching process in particular and docimology in general, as well as at the level of development and implementation of evaluation tools and the application of principles, norms and values of professional ethics in the evaluation process.
