Rezumat
In this article it is caracterized the outsourcing concept which reffers to the atribution of some tasks or objectives to
some organizational segments, that is possesed by external entities, that offer a better price-quality ratio or are experts
in specialized domains. Republic of Moldova has all the abilities in order to become competitive in offering outsourcing services, that is a favorable opportunity for engaging labour force and for a better utilisation of national human potential.
