In this article it is caracterized the outsourcing concept which reffers to the atribution of some tasks or objectives to some organizational segments, that is possesed by external entities, that offer a better price-quality ratio or are experts in specialized domains. Republic of Moldova has all the abilities in order to become competitive in offering outsourcing services, that is a favorable opportunity for engaging labour force and for a better utilisation of national human potential.
