Abstract

Who are the managers, actually? The managers are the people who create the organizational culture within an institution, which allow them to implement successfully well determined goals based on values. The manager’s behaviour, therefore, represents the image of the institution within the value system. The employees, in their turn, are part of the managerial structure, become an entity within the value system, contributing to the realization of tasks, goals and stipulated actions.
