Abstract

The skills of the managerial staff or of the manager, expressed through adequate behaviour towards the employees and students, as well as other essential elements of the entrepreneurial activity, ensure the presence of a suitably efficient educational process, which subsequently, leads to the completion of all the proposed tasks and objectives.
