Abstract

The state, in order to ensure the regional economic policy implementation, uses the territory division in administrative-territorial units, bigger geographical formation, as a main tool in achieving its leading and managing functions. Therefore, through the regionalization process the state ensures itself a process within which implements strategic planning measures of developing some specific territories, restraining and balancing market effects.
